Randy Lamberjack founded Noble in 1997 and began offering regulatory consulting services. Noble began serving the State of Indiana and expanded to other states through word of mouth. Until his passing in 2015, Randy grew the organization to a group of over 30 seasoned professionals that range from former regulators, Big four partners and managers, insurance industry executives to examiners with regulatory designations. Randy established the philosophy still followed at Noble - we invest heavily in the training of our staff to ensure continued high quality performance is achieved through the development and maintenance of designations and skillsets required by our regulatory customers.
Twenty years ago, on September 30th, 1997 Randy Lamberjack created Noble Consulting Services, Inc. In those twenty years, Noble has had over 140 employees and has been headquartered out of four locations. Our legacy includes offering 65 internships and having twenty-five of those interns become full-time employees.
We have spent the last 12 months celebrating Randy’s vision and Noble’s accomplishments over the past 20 years. I have enjoyed spending time with you as we have explored downtown Indianapolis and sampled different experiences the city has to offer. We concluded this celebratory year with the 20th Anniversary party, held on August 27. This gathering was evidence of the incredible individuals that have played a part in Noble’s legacy. Many people who had worked at Noble in the past came to celebrate this milestone with us.
Each of you plays an important role in both Noble’s history and future. I would like to thank all of you for your hard work and dedication. The superior work product you produce under the Noble name is the best legacy we can offer Randy.
On September 30th, Noble’s Birthday, let’s all take a moment to thank Randy for his vision and the legacy he started. I look forward to building and sharing memories with all of you.
